Welcome to Thanyia Aesthetics. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before scheduling your treatment.
1. Bookings & Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Remaining balances must be paid upon arrival before your treatment begins.
- Deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable, except in cases where Thanyia Aesthetics cancels the appointment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or one session from your package.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and will forfeit their deposit.
3. Health & Medical Conditions
- A medical intake form must be completed before your first session.
- It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, recent surgeries, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment.
- Thanyia Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for your health.
4. Guests & Children
- Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring additional guests or children to your appointment.
- Space is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate extra guests during your session.
5. Service Validity
- Prepaid treatments or packages must be used within 12 weeks, unless a different validity period is specified at the time of booking.
6. Consultations
- Some treatments require a consultation to determine suitability and create a personalised treatment plan.
- Consultations are complimentary but must be scheduled alongside your treatment appointment.
7. Aftercare
- Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided to help ensure optimal results.
- Thanyia Aesthetics is not responsible for unsatisfactory results if aftercare guidelines are not followed.
8. Refund Policy
- 50% deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
- If you have concerns following your treatment, please contact us promptly to discuss possible solutions or follow-up care.
- Refunds are not available for completed treatments or partially used packages.
9. Filming & Photography
- Photos or videos may be taken during treatments for promotional and educational purposes.
- If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify us before your appointment.
- Model treatments and certain promotional offers require mandatory filming or photography. If you do not wish to be filmed, please book a standard treatment instead.
10. Promotional Offers
- Promotional offers are time-limited and subject to availability.
- Limited-time offers cannot be extended beyond their stated expiration date.
- Once a promotion ends, standard pricing and policies will apply.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Your personal and medical information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with UK GDPR laws.

12. Safety
- We maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund issued.
13. Disclaimers
- Treatment results vary depending on factors such as skin type, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
- No guarantees are made regarding treatment outcomes.
