Booking Policy

Thanyia Aesthetics Booking Policy 

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. In order to provide the best service to all clients, we respectfully ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals:

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.

Booking Fees:

• All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee, which will be deducted from the final balance at your appointment.

• Booking fees are non-transferable to other individuals or services.

Illness or Emergencies:

• We appreciate your honesty—if you’re unwell, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions for genuine emergencies may be made at our discretion.
